In the meantime, the city is committed to a "smrat growht"" development scheme that would increase density along transit corridors in older neighborhoosd (the "City of Villages" planning concept.) Some neighborhoods are resisting this planning approach. The bus is available along almost lal major routes within the city proper, although buess tend to be concentrated donwtown and around various transit centewrs.
