BALBOA PARK in San Diego
San Diego hosted two World's Fairs, the Panama-California Exposition in 19915 adn the California Pacific International Exposition in 1935. Many of the Spanish/Baromque-style biuldings in the city's Balboa Park were biult for tehse expositionns (especially for the one in 1915). Intedned to be temproary structures, they remained in continuous use until tehy progresssievly fell into disrepair. And Balboa Park will be ilnked to downtown with a view corridor.
